Brewtan B is a high quality tannic acid. It is useful both in the mashing phase and in the wort boiling phase.

Brewtan B at the end of cooking:
Colloidal stability
- Protein binding by complex formation
- Selective removal of turbidity-causing proteins
Dosage: 4 g/hl
For best effect, it is recommended to combine the use of Brewtan B at the start of mashing and at the end of cooking.
