Description
A blended formulation of silica and polysaccharides designed to rapidly settle yeast, proteins and other turbidity-forming particles.
Benefits of use:
- fast and effective reduction of protein and yeast particles,
- suitable for beers with a pronounced cold hopping,
- stable at room temperature,
- consistent clarity without centrifugation and filtering,
- vegan product.
Use: adding 75-175 ml per hL.
Adding: useful for bottled, kegged and canned beers. Add when transferring beer from fermenter to maturer or before bottling.
