Description
Weizenbier or Hefewizen is a classic Bavarian style of wheat beer. According to the traditional Bavarian recipe, a wheat beer must contain at least 52 % of wheat malt. Wheat beer is less bitter, more carbonated and therefore a popular choice for hot summer days. It also contains less alcohol.
