Description
A blend of acids formulated to effectively reduce water alkalinity while simultaneously adding beneficial chloride and sulfide ions.
Benefits of use:
- reduces the alkalinity of the water,
- stabilizes pH values throughout the entire welding process,
- improves the activity of enzymes in the mashing phase,
- improves the activity of yeasts in the fermentation phase,
- improves the clarity and stability of the wort,
- adds useful chloride and sulfide ions to the wort.
Addition: depends on the pH of the water with which you brew the beer. On average, between 20-35 ml is added per hL of water. AMS is added to the water before mashing. Stir until the acid dissolves well in the water.
