Description
Irish Moss is an additive that improves the clarity of beer. Add 5-15 min before the end of the boil. Pre-soaking (hydration) is recommended, approx. 60 min before use. For ease of dosing, please note that 1 g is equivalent to 1 teaspoon. It is intended for all types of beer. It does not affect the taste.
Dosage: 2-5 g per 20 L of wort.
